The Huntsville Futbol Club has a Board of Directors, consisting of a President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, Senior Manager, and Chairpersons of the Standing Committees. The Standing Committees include Public Relations, Ways and Means, Equipment and Uniforms, Competition and Discipline, Recreational Soccer, and Special Projects. In addition, each team has a Team Manager. See the Club Bylaws (August 2009) to see the specific duties and responsibilities of these positions. The main objective of this organization is to facilitate and sustain the efforts of the Coaching and Training Staff.

Three Directors of Coaching oversee the Coaching and Training Staff. The Directors are chosen by the Board on an annual basis. They conduct try-outs, form teams, recruit and assign coaches, develop training curriculum, and oversee coaching needs for all teams.

This is the IRS Determination Letter that identifies the Huntsville Soccer Club as a 501(c)(3) public charity. The club is exempt from Federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to the club are tax deductible. Most donors will want a copy of the determination letter for their records.
